Make Dua When breaking the fast

The Right time to make dua, When breaking the fast

When fasting was a time full of blessing, because at a time when these people feel any happiness fasting, the permissibility of eating and drinking after a day hold, as the hadith:

للصائم فرحتان: فرحة عند فطره و فرحة عند لقاء ربه

"The person who fasts has two happiness: happiness when breaking the fast and happiness when he met with his Rabb later" (Narrated by Muslim, no.1151)

Another blessing at the time of breaking the fast is granting the Dua of people who have fasted, as the words of the Prophet SAW Shallallahu'alaihi:

ثلاث لا ترد دعوتهم الصائم حتى يفطر والإمام العادل و المظلوم

'"Three Dua are not rejected. the  Dua of fasting person when fasting. The Dua of  leader who is fair, and the Dua of the wrongdoers "(Narrated by al-Tirmidhi no.2528, Ibn Majah no.1752, no.2405 Ibn Hibban, Al-Albani in Saheeh dishahihkan At Tirmidhi)

Dua Before greeting in the obligatory prayer.

Right time to pray Before greeting in the obligatory prayer.

Shallallahu'alaihi Rasulullah SAW said:

قيل يا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أي الدعاء أسمع قال جوف الليل الآخر ودبر الصلوات المكتوبات

"Someone asked: O Messenger of Allah, when our Dua are heard by God? He said: "At the end of the night and the end of the obligatory prayer" (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 3499)

Ibn Qayyim Al Jauziyyah in Zaadul Ma'ad (1/305) explains that, which meant "the end of the obligatory prayers' is before greeting. And there is no history that the Prophet SAW and his companions  routine of Dua, to ask for something after greeting in the obligatory prayers.

Contemporary jurist, Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen rahimahullah said: "Is Dua after prayer that is prescribed or not?
The answer: not prescribed.

Because Allah Ta'ala says:

فإذا قضيتم الصلاة فاذكروا الله

"If you finish praying, do dhikr" (Surah An Nisa: 103). God said, 'Do dhikr', not 'pray'.

Then after the prayer is not the right time to make dua, but before greeting "(Fataawa Ibn 'Uthaymeen, 15/216).

However, it is unfortunate that so many of the Muslims routine make dua for something as regards the obligatory prayer, which is not prescribed, then it leaves efficacious times are prescribed, ie between the Call (Adzan) and iqamah, when the call to prayer, when prostrating and before greeting.

Make Dua In between Adzan and iqamah

The time lag between the call and iqamah is also a recommended time to pray, according to the words of the Prophet SAW Shallallahu'alaihi:

الدعاء لا يرد بين الأذان والإقامة
"Prayer in the prayer and iqamah not rejected" (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 212, he said: "Hasan Sahih")

Thus it is clear that the recommended practice between prayer and iqamah was praying, not Shalawatan, or read aloud murattal.
for example by using a microphone. Besides never Shallallahu'alaihi exemplified by the Prophet SAW, the practice can disrupt the dhikr or praying sunnah. Though the Prophet

Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam said,

"You know, you're all being bermunajat to God, so do not interfere with each other. Do you guys raised his voice in reading the Qur'an, 'or he said: "In prayer,'" (Narrated by Abu Dawood no.1332, Ahmad, 430, dishahihkan by Ibn Hajar Al Asqalani in Nata-ijul Afkar, 2/16 ).

In addition, people who Shalawatan or read the Qur'an aloud in this interval of time, has left the practice recommended by the Prophet SAW Shallallahu'alaihi, namely prayer. Though this is a good opportunity to ask God everything he wanted. It was lost when he spent time to pray it.

Make Dua When Adzan Echoed

In addition it is recommended to answer the adzan with a similar lafazh, when adzan was voiced, including an efficacious time to pray.

Shallallahu'alaihi Rasulullah SAW said:

ثنتان لا تردان أو قلما تردان الدعاء عند النداء وعند البأس حين يلحم بعضهم بعضا

"Prayer is not rejected at two times, or at least less likely utterly rejected. That is when the adzan rang out, and when war, as both sides attacked each other "(Narrated by Abu Dawood, 2540, Ibn Hajar Al Asqalani in Nata-ijul Afkar, 1/369, said:" Hasan Sahih ")

While War raged is the right time to pray

One virtue of going to war in order to strive in the path of Allah is the Dua of those who fight in Allah's way when the war was raging, on approval by the Almighty.

Evidence for this is the hadith mentioned above:

ثنتان لا تردان أو قلما تردان الدعاء عند النداء وعند البأس حين يلحم بعضهم بعضا

"Dua is not rejected at two times, or at least less likely utterly rejected.

That is when the call to prayer (Adzan) rang out, and the While war, as both sides attacked each other "(Narrated by Abu Dawood, 2540, Ibn Hajar Al Asqalani in Nata-ijul Afkar, 1/369, said:" Hasan Sahih").
