Tatto in Islamic law

1. Laws About Tattoos

Meaning:

"Say; 'Whom God forbid jewelery from him that had been issued for his servants, and (who forbid) good fortune.' It can be concluded that the law basically tattoo permissible according to the word of God at the top, because it includes jewelry. But if the negative result of the tattoo, the meaning of faith can damage, destroy morality and so, like most tattoos that are common today, the law can become makruh or haram,

 This is because the rules Usul Fiqh :

الحُكْمُ يَدُوْرُ مَعَ اْلعِلَّةِ وُجُوْدًا وَ عَدَمًا

It means: "The law was circulated following the illatnya (why), both the presence and absence (no illat, no laws: there is no illat, no law)."

2. About tattooing with Arabic writing

Have not found the verses of the Qur'an or the Sunnah that Maqbul, which explains about tattooing with Arabic writing that mixes with the Qur'an to be the talisman and so on.
