Islam orders, to maintain beard.
Often we see the Arabian, on average nearly a beard, this indeed is one of the teachings of Islam, and it is recommended in Islam that are important to every man of Islam.
Hadith concerning this matter is a beard, as follows:
"Contrary to ye unbelievers, keep a beard, and Shave your mustache."
This hadith is narrated from Ibn Umar.

But there are breaks in this command, cutting the beard should be carried out, with reason, that's disgusting beard, thereby interfering with their owners. For this reason the beard should be trimmed by cutting down, or laterally.
